On May 11, 2018 Naxos will release the DVD/Blu-ray of Terry Gilliam’s production of Berlioz’ Benvenuto Cellini from the Dutch National Opera Amsterdam, where Mariangela Sicilia sings the role of Teresa, sharing the stage with John Osborn as the eponymous hero, Maurizio Muraro as Balducci, Laurent Naouri as Fieramosca, Orlin Anastassov as Pope Clement VII and Michèle Losier as Ascanio. Sir Mark Elder leads the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra.
