On December 1, 2018 Mariangela Sicilia will make a double debut as she will be adding the role of Pamina in Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) to her repertoire, while making her first appearance at the famed Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia, Spain, in a Graham Vick production and under the musical direction of Maestro Lothar Koenigs. There will be six performances: December 1, 4, 7, 9, 13 & 15. She will share the stage with Dmitry Korchak as Tamino, Mark Stone as Papageno, Wilhelm Schwinghammer as Sarastro and Tetiana Zhuravel as the Queen of the Night.
